 Pozivamo polaznike svih generacija Studija na gostujuće predavanje u organizaciji Doktorskog studija prava i Jean Monnet katedre za prekogranično kretanje djeteta u EU Pravnog fakulteta Osijek pod naslovom "Universal values in Hungarian society and law - family law reflections", koje će održati profesorica Szeibert Orsolya sa središnjega pravnog fakulteta u Mađarskoj - ELTE Budimpešta. Predavanje će se održati u vijećnici Pravnog fakulteta Osijek u srijedu, 14. ožujka 2018., 17-18,30h. Sudionicima će naknadno biti izdane potvrde o sudjelovanju.

Orsolya Szeibert works as a full associate professor at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest since 2001 and primarily gives family law lectures. The PhD degree was awarded to her in 2008 and she had her ‘habilitation’ in 2014. She regularly takes part on international and European family law conferences and has several publications in Hungarian, English and German. Orsolya Szeibert is the author of three scientific legal books, two handbooks and commentaries on family law. Her research field is international and European comparative family law, law on children’s rights, matrimonial law and law of unmarried partnerships.  She took part in several family law projects both in Hungary and abroad. Among others she was invited as an expert in the group analyzing the child abduction cases and child maintenance in Hungary organized by the Hungarian Supreme Court and won the Grant of the Hungarian Scientific Research Fund in 2010 and in 2016. Orsolya Szeibert is the organizer and leader of the ‘Hungarian Family Law’ postgraduate course (ELTE), postgraduate course on Children’s Rights (ELTE) and member of the editorial board of Hungarian ‘Family Law Review’. Besides, she is member of the International Society of Family Law, works as a Hungarian expert of Commission on European Family Law, member of the Advisory Board of the Zeitschrift für das gesamte Familienrecht and national correspondent of Cambridge Family Law Research Center.
